Local school bans mom, threatens arrest. CAN they do that?

A local mom has been banned from the campus of her daughter’s public school, because she refuses to pick up and drop off her child from a long line of cars and SUV’s; choosing instead to park nearby and walk her daughter to the door. The principal has threatened to have her arrested if she persists. On “A.M. BATON ROUGE” attorney Bryan Jeansonne discusses the legality of the threat and the school policy…

Brian started in radio in late 2004 as a part-time board operator, but “made his bones” in the business a year later when Hurricane Katrina struck, catapulting him into a full time position covering both news and production of live broadcasts.
